A landscape crew that holds the standard — every visit
Most crews start strong and drift by the second season. We don't. One experienced team handles your whole property to the same standard all year — and you always reach the owner, not a call center.
For homeowners
You've probably been through a landscaper or two already — the one who was great until he stopped answering, or the big outfit that mowed fast and left the edges ragged. So the yard sits in that in-between state: not bad enough to feel urgent, not good enough to feel proud of when you pull into the driveway.
We handle the unglamorous part well: showing up on schedule, doing the detail work the last crew skipped, and being reachable when you have a question. You get a yard that looks intentional year-round — and your weekends back — without having to manage the people doing it.

You already know what a mow-and-go crew costs you: the board email when the entry beds look tired, the resident who corners you about the brown common area, the vendor you can never reach when something needs fixing now. The grounds are the first thing every owner and resident sees — and when they slip, it lands on you.
We run community and commercial accounts the way you'd want them run: the same crew and the same standard every visit, the owner as your direct point of contact, and a clear seasonal agreement with the budget set up front — so there's no surprise line item at the worst possible time. Your common areas become the part of the property nobody complains about.
Fully licensed, bonded, and insured — a certificate of insurance is available on request, and we're set up for seasonal and multi-year agreements.

You get the owner — not an account manager
Summit is big enough to get any job done and small enough to care. When you call, you don't get a revolving account manager or a branch rep — you get Rick, the owner, whose name is on everything the company does. He's a working owner: on site, talking to customers, handling quality control and estimates himself. Nothing gets lost in translation, and if something can't be done, you'll hear it straight.
Rick started in the field — about ten years running the machines before he ever managed a crew — so he knows firsthand what it takes to get the work done right. That's the standard every Summit job is held to, on a property he's been serving Pierce County from since 2008.
"I'm a working owner. When a customer calls, they get the owner — the one whose name is behind everything we do. I started in the trenches, so I know what it takes."— Rick Smoot, OwnerGet a free walkthrough

Rooted in the South Sound
Summit works primarily across the South Sound and greater Pierce County — from Tacoma's north end through University Place, Fircrest and Lakewood, out to Puyallup and Sumner, and across the Narrows to Gig Harbor.
That's home base, but we're not rigid about the map. When a customer needs us a little beyond our usual range, we're able to expand outside the area to help. So if you're near Pierce County — or just outside it — the fastest way to know is to ask; we'll tell you straight how we can take care of your property rather than turn you away over a line on a map.
Let's talk about your property
Tell us a little about the space and we'll follow up to schedule a free walkthrough and estimate.
Most estimates within 24–48 hours; detailed, supplier-dependent quotes can take up to a week — and we tell you which yours is up front.
